Carya illinoinensis X ovata 'Hican'

'Hican' is a natural hybrid of native Pecan and Shagbark Hickory overlap. Generally, the seedling trees are intermediate between these two species. Fast-growing with glossy, disease-resistant foliage. The nuts are like a rough shelled pecan and are rich in oil.
