G2Garden Terms and Conditions

We are committed to earn your loyalty by providing the best plant materials at the best value in a timely fashion.

Terms:

Payment may be made with cash, check, American Express, Master Card, VISA or Discover Card. (Your credit card will not be billed until after shipment.)

Prices:

All prices quoted by our company are for merchandise only and do not include shipment from Elsberry, Missouri. Orders are shipped UPS.

Plant warranty:

G2Gardens guarantees our plants true to species; healthy and hydrated when they ship from our nursery.  

G2Gardens assumes no liability for delivery delay or failure to deliver for any reason beyond our control including weather, third-party delivery issues, or incorrect shipping information. We also are not responsible for stock viability after delivery including weather and temperature fluctuations, animal damage, or stock hydration.

Claims:

G2Gardens is committed to your satisfaction, and makes every effort is made to fill your orders as requested. Upon receipt of your shipment you should examine and count all items in your order. 

Claims for any cause must be made promptly on receipt of order. We cannot entertain claims after your order has been accepted OR when claim is not received within five days of receipt of order. We also request that you notify us by email or by letter regarding count discrepancy, or damage so that we may make appropriate adjustments.  

Store Credit or Refunds: 

If a claim has been filed as outlined above, we will issue store credit or a refund for the purchased price of the plant(s) and appropriate shipping cost from a period of 45 days from the date your order was received via FedEx. No store credit or refunds will be granted after 45 days.

If a claim has not been filed as outlined above, we will issue store credit for 50% of the purchased price of the plant(s) and no credit for shipping from a period of 30 days from the date your order was received via FedEx. No store credit will be granted after 30 days. A photo of the plant(s) in questions will still be required to process your request.

We will also never be held responsible for any monetary value in excess to the amount of your order.

G2Gardens reserves the right to make changes to this guarantee without prior written notice. Last revised on 11/20/2013.

Additional notes

Where plant size ordered is unavailable, we ship the next available size, unless otherwise directed.

We do not ship plant materials to California, Hawaii, Oregon, or Washington, nor to Puerto Rico.
